There is big trouble for one of Florida State’s better returning football players. Wideout Preston Parker has been suspended two games after pleading guilty to two misdemeanors. Parker was arrested in Palm Beach County last month and charged with marijuana possession and carrying a concealed weapon. He issued an open letter of apology yesterday. Parker was sentenced to 12 months probation and will undergo substance abuse counseling. He will sit out the first two games of the 2008 season against Western Carolina and Chattanooga.
