The Iowa Hawkeyes scored a major coup for their 2009 recruiting class on Monday, landing in-state prep star Keenan Davis.
Considered one of the top 20 wide receivers in the country, the 6-3, 200-pound Davis caught 81 passes for 1,160 yards and 12 touchdowns last season as a junior at Washington High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
The heavily-recruited Davis chose the Hawkeyes over Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas, and Illinois among others.
