The Florida Gators have added another commit to their 2009 recruiting class today, receiving a verbal commitment from Connecticut prep star Jordan Reed.
A 6-3, 225-pound quarterback, Reed passed for 1,720 yards and 28 touchdowns last season as a junior at New London High School in New London, Connecticut.
Reed chose Florida over Tennessee, Connecticut, Duke, and Boston College among others.
