The Pittsburgh Panthers added the ninth commitment to their 2009 recruiting class over the weekend, landing in-state prep star Tyrone Ezell.
A 6-4, 250-pound defensive tackle, Ezell had 122 tackles and 10 sacks last season as a junior at Steel Valley High School in Munhall, Pennsylvania.
Ezell chose Pitt over Penn State, Michigan, and Ohio State among others.
