
The Rutgers football program welcomed the first two members of its 2012 recruiting class Wednesday as offensive tackle R.J. Dill (Mechanicsburg, Pa.) and placekicker Kyle Federico (Ponte Vedra, Fla.) have enrolled at Rutgers. Both student-athletes begin classes this week and will participate in spring practice for the Scarlet Knights in March.
